Opening Day Is Here!

 Opening day has arrived! The highly anticipated event all the players, coaches, and fans have been waiting for.

Brewers vs. Cubs

Guardians vs. Royals

Pirates vs. Cardinals

Mets vs. Nationals

Reds vs. Braves

Astros vs. Angles

Padres vs. Diamondbacks

The predictions today are going to be hard to tell with it being the first day and all. The first games of the year are always hard to tell because we don't know their tendencies, how well the new additions to the team may work out, or if the win or loss was simply a fluke. With new players to teams like the Mets adding Scherzer and DeGrom they should have their way with the Washington Nationals, but will the Nationals make an opening day statement defeating one of the top teams in the NL East? Who knows! That's why we love baseball!

My predictions are as follows:

Cubs over the Brewers, I think they will start off hot this year, but untimely simmer down and the Brewers take the NL East. This will be a close one though, down to the wire.

Royals and Guardians could become a little bit of a snooze fest in this one. I predict a Royals win in a low scoring game.

Cardinals and Pirates this will be a close one. I think one of the best games of the day. The Cardinals always tend to make a late season push and this year I suspect the same. A loss here on opening day to the Pirates, but look for them to make a late season push as always.

Mets vs. Nationals, METS WIN BIG. With amazing additions coming their way this off season I predict a big win against a team that may cause them issues later in the year with the power of Soto. They will start off hot but may simmer down later in the season.

Reds and Braves, I see Braves playing a clean game here and getting a win. The only way I see them losing is by unforced errors and the Reds taking advantage.

Astros and Angels will work its way into a close game. The Angles will start off with an early lead, behind the pitching power of Ohtani, but I can definitely see the Astros fighting their way back in this one. Making the ending awfully close.

Padres and Diamondback will round out my predictions for the day. I predict the Diamondbacks struggling this year and it will start off by losing to the Padres. Padres will control this game to a comfortable win. Diamondbacks I wish you much luck this year.
